Sam studied Chemistry at the University of Liverpool and graduated with a 2:1 MSc (Hons) degree in July 2022. During his degree Sam did his Masters research in the Zhang group at Liverpool, focussing on the preparation of melamine-based hydrogen bonded organic frameworks with applications in separative membranes. Sam joined the Rannard group in 2022 to study solvent-free preparation techniques for drug containing nano-particles as long acting injectables.
