Louise graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2013 and started a PhD with Professors Andrew Owen and Steve Rannard. Her project was focussed on paediatric nanomedicine to aid the treatment of asthma and was in collaboration with Alder Hey Hospital (Dr Brian Flanagan & Prof Paul McNamara).
